The Crystallized Clairvoyance (チャネリング・クリスタル?, lit.: "Channeling Crystal") is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is a large clear marble with a blue cat's-eye pattern, and is found on sublevel 5 of the Snagret Hole. It also plays an important role in the 2-Player Battle mode.
Collecting the treasure
The following article or section contains guides. |
This treasure is found in the Snagret Hole's fifth sublevel, and is held by one of the many Dwarf Orange Bulborbs that fall from the sky. To find which one has the treasure, either search for and defeat them all, or defeat the Antenna Beetle so the Treasure Gauge shows the exact location of the Dwarf Bulborb that has the treasure.
In 2-Player Battle
In 2-Player Battle, this treasure is the key marble that belongs to Player 2's side. It only weighs one unit in this mode, and if Player 1 carries it to their Onion, they will automatically win. If Player 2 gets the Marble Return power-up from a cherry, they can make the marble jump all the way back to their base, stopping Player 1 from stealing it.
Notes
Olimar's journal
“Trying to sort out the five different colors of Pikmin is giving me a headache. I'll be a much better tactician if I take a moment to study each Pikmin's unique abilities.
*Red Pikmin: Immune to fire.
*Purple Pikmin: Strong and heavy bruisers that can lift big loads.
*White Pikmin: Fast and immune to the effects of poison. Can also find hidden treasures buried underground.
*Yellow Pikmin: Highly agile and immune to electrical damage. Also fly high when thrown.
*Blue Pikmin: Thrive in water.
Phew! It should be easy to identify each Pikmin's abilities based on their color.”Sales pitch
