The Impediment Scourge (ライトニングボルト^?, lit.: "Lightning Bolt") is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is a bottle opener, and has a different design in the Japanese GameCube/Wii version to other versions of the game. It is located on a stump near the landing site of the Perplexing Pool.

The treasure is found near the landing site in the Perplexing Pool. It lies on top of a stump, which is rather tall, so it is only accessible to Yellow Pikmin. Purple Pikmin can also reach it if they are thrown at the right angle with a long throw.
