The following is a list of where nectar eggs can be found.
Pikmin 2
Areas
- Valley of Repose - WHEN DO THEY SPAWN?
- There are three nectar eggs in this area. They can all be found in a group slightly behind the landing site, at the top of the slope.
- Perplexing Pool - 3 appears only on day 4, from the sky. 3 appears between days 11 and 30.
- There are eight nectar eggs in this area. They can be found in two groups of 3, and one group of 2. The first three eggs are located directly north of the landing site, in the raised section accessible via the seesaw blocks. They will be inside of a tree stump slightly southeast of the Glutton's Kitchen cave entrance. The second three eggs can be found slightly north of the landing site, near the small, donut-shaped patch of land. They only spawn on day 4 (the earliest this area can be reached) and fall from the sky. The Beady Long Legs would be found here on day 31. The pair of eggs are located inside of the small tree stump east of the Citadel of Spiders. This group will appear after day 10, and they respawn after day 29.
- Wistful Wild
- There are ten nectar eggs in this area. They can be found in two groups of 3, and one group of 4. The first three eggs can be found directly outside the landing site and to the west, in the section alongside the Decorated Cannon Beetle and the Swooping Snitchbug. The trio of eggs will be at the top of the nearby slope. The second three eggs are located towards the east of the map, with them being adjacent to the Dream Den cave entrance and the Anti-hiccup Fungus. The quarter of eggs can be found adjacent to the Cavern of Chaos cave entrance, which is towards the southeast of the map.
Caves
- Subterranean Complex
- Two can be seen on sublevel 1, at "dead end" spots. They all fall from the sky.
- Two can be seen on sublevel 2, at "dead end" spots.
- Three can be seen on sublevel 3, at "dead end" spots. They all fall from the sky.
- Six can be seen on sublevel 4, with three of them at "dead end" spots.
- One can be seen on sublevel 6, at "dead end" spots.
- Two can be seen on sublevel 7, at "dead end" spots.
- Seven, or an indefinite amount, can be seen on sublevel 8, with at least 1 appearing at "dead end" spots. They may or may not fall from the sky.
- The egg "dead end" category entry differs between versions. In the GameCube Japanese and GameCube US versions, it falls from the sky and is also used for filler (for an indefinite egg amount in total). In the Wii Japanese version, it is on the floor and is not used for filler (for a total egg amount of 7). In all other versions, it falls from the sky and is not used for filler (for a total egg amount of 7).
- Frontier Cavern
- Two can be seen on sublevel 3, at "dead end" spots. One will fall from the sky.
- Three can be seen on sublevel 4, at "dead end" spots. Two will fall from the sky.
- One can be seen on sublevel 5, at "dead end" spots.
- One can be seen on sublevel 6, at "dead end" spots.
- Hole of Beasts
- Two can be seen on sublevel 2, at "dead end" spots.
- Two can be seen on sublevel 4, at "dead end" spots.
- White Flower Garden
- Three can be seen on sublevel 5.
- Bulblax Kingdom
- One can be seen on sublevel 3, at "dead end" spots.
- Two can be seen on sublevel 5. They all fall from the sky, and one has a 50% to do so.
- Two can be seen on sublevel 6, at "dead end" spots. They all fall from the sky.
- Snagret Hole
- An indefinite amount can be seen on sublevel 2, at "dead end" spots.
- Every "dead end" spot available will have an egg.
- An indefinite amount can be seen on sublevel 3, at "dead end" spots.
- Every "dead end" spot available will have an egg.
- Three can be seen on sublevel 4, at "dead end" spots. They all fall from the sky.
- An indefinite amount can be seen on sublevel 5, at "dead end" spots.

- Five can be seen on sublevel 1, with three of them at "dead end" spots. They all fall from the sky, but the two not found at "dead end" spots fall if a Purple Pikmin pounds nearby.
- Sniper Room
- One, and an indefinite amount, can be seen on sublevel 1, at "dead end" spots.
- Every "dead end" spot available will have an egg.
- One, and an indefinite amount, can be seen on sublevel 1, at "dead end" spots.
- Emperor's Realm
- Two can be seen on sublevel 3, at "dead end" spots.
2-Player Battle
Pikmin 3
Areas
- Tropical Wilds - One under a Flukeweed
- There are fourteen nectar eggs in this area. A pair of eggs are located towards the east of the main segment, just past the waterfall and near the curved path containing the two Pyroclasmic Slooches. The two eggs will be near the dirt-mound and the lone Rosy Parachute. A trio of eggs can be found towards the northwest of the main segment, inside the northern arena the Shaggy Long Legs will enter. The eggs will be in the center, surrounded by some fire geysers. A lone egg can be found in the Flighty Joustmite cave, underneath a Flukeweed, specifically the fifth from the left. The final seven eggs are located inside the Medusal Slurker cave, along the edges of this segment.
- Garden of Hope - 0 in Pikmin 3, 13 on Normal difficulty, 5 on Hard difficulty, 0 on Ultra-Spicy difficulty.
- Normal: There are thirteen nectar eggs in this area. The first pair of eggs can be found in the small section past the dirt wall close to the landing site, between the cinder block and the Pellet Posy. The second pair of eggs are located towards the east, just behind the crystal wall leading to where Brittany is found. The fifth egg is located next to the other crystal wall blocking Brittany inside of her crash site, with the egg being on the right side of the crystal wall. The sixth egg is located along the path north of Brittany's crash site, in the section with the two Skutterchucks. The egg will be near the slope leading to one pile of bridge fragments (encased in a large crystal). The next pair of eggs can be found north of the landing site, just beyond the crystal wall. The pair of eggs will be slightly east, in the section alongside the two Fiery Blowhogs. The last five eggs can be found across the blue fragment bridge, with two being next to the pile of 29 fragments and the remaining three near the encased pile of 20 fragments.
- Hard: There are five nectar eggs in this area. The first egg is located in the small section past the dirt wall close to the landing site, between the cinder block and the Pellet Posy. Instead of there being two, there is now one. The second egg can be found towards the east, just behind the crystal wall leading to where Brittany is found. Similar to the previous egg, there is only one present here instead of two. The final three eggs are located across the blue fragment bridge towards the north, with one adjacent to the pile of 29 bridge fragments and the remaining two near the encased pile of 20 fragments. There is only one egg near the pile of 29 fragments instead of two, and there are only two eggs near the pile of 20 fragments instead of three.
- Ultra-Spicy and Pikmin 3: There are zero nectar eggs in this area.
- Distant Tundra - 11 in Pikmin 3, 13 in Pikmin 3 Deluxe; with one being under a Flukeweed
- There are ten nectar eggs in this area. The first three can be found in the segment where Charlie crash-landed during day 1. They will be on top of the tin can where he initially discovers the group of 15 Yellow Pikmin, after day 1. The other eight nectar eggs are located in the Shaggy Long Leg's arena, with seven being at the center, and the eighth being underneath the northernmost Flukeweed.
- In Pikmin 3 Deluxe, an additional two nectar eggs will be in the area. They can both be found in the area with the Bearded Amprat west of the landing site, alongside the Bouncy Mushroom.
- Twilight River - Under a Flukeweed
- There is one nectar egg in this area. It is located underneath a Flukeweed in the section the Winged Onion is initially discovered, with it being at the edge of the circular arena.
- Formidable Oak
- There are six nectar eggs in this area. The first egg can be found in the first main segment, on the raised section slightly south of the alcove containing the Yellow Candypop Bud and the Rock Candypop Bud. The next two eggs are located on a raised section near the paper bag, once it's pushed down. The eggs will be next to the path from where it splits into two. A second pair of eggs can be found in the large section of this segment, where the piles of bridge fragments are in, with the eggs being next to the dirt-mound containing a pile of said bridge fragments. The final egg is located across the fragment bridge next to the Journal Entry #9 data file.

- Tundra
- There are two nectar eggs in this story's area. They can both be found on the raised section south of the landing site, accessed by the hay mound. They will be adjacent to the Citrus Lump.
Olimar's Comeback
- Pikmin Reunion
- There are two nectar eggs in this story's area. The first egg can be found in the landing site, adjacent to one of the Red 1-pellet Pellet Posy. The second egg is located towards the south, across the fragment bridge and near the Bulborb. This egg is also near a lone Rosy Parachute.
- Land, Sea, and Sky
- There are four nectar eggs in this story's area. The first egg is located slightly north of the Red Onion and the SPERO, with it being opposite of the tin can containing some bridge fragments. The second egg is adjacent to the Blue Onion. The third egg is located towards across the red fragment bridge, in the section alongside a Hermit Crawmad. The fourth and final egg can be found in the northernmost section containing some Swooping Snitchbug. The egg is in the southern corner, where a Burgeoning Spiderwort could be seen during story mode.
- First Part Found
- There are two nectar eggs in this story's area. They can both be found towards the northeast, in the section containing the red bridge fragments. This section would hold the two Joustmites and a Burgeoning Spiderwort during story mode.
- Team Monster Hunt
- There are two nectar eggs in this story's area. The first egg is located towards the southwest, in a small alcove next to the Peckish Aristocrab. This section is locked behind a crystal wall. The second egg can be found towards the east, on the raised platform made from a red brick. It's the platform near the Puffy Blowhog, and what Brittany would be thrown onto during the 'Face Wrinkler' tutorial.
- Channel Gone Dry
- There is one nectar egg in this story's area. It can be found towards the southeast, directly below the raised section that would contain the Blonde Impostor during story mode.
- Big Fruit Carnival
- There are two nectar eggs in this story's area. They are both located directly north of the landing site, across the body of water and in the section containing the two Hermit Crawmads and the bundle of hay. This section would contain the two piles of blue bridge fragments during story mode.
- Another Part Found
- There are seven nectar eggs in this story's area. The first egg can be found in this story's starting section, with the egg being adjacent to the Chronos Reactor. It shares the same location as the egg during story mode. The second egg is located on a raised area slightly north of the fragment bridge, east of a Bearded Amprat. The third and fourth eggs can be found towards the west of this large section across the fragment bridge. The pair of eggs will be next to a Dwarf Orange Bulborb. The fifth egg is located in the section slightly west of the previous one, next to a reinforced wall. This section holds a Spotty Bulbear and a pair of Skutterchucks, or a Bulborb and multiple Dwarf Bulborbs during story mode. The final two eggs can be found on a raised section near the paper bag, once it's pushed down. It is the exact same location as the pair during story mode.
