Every object article—such as collectibles, enemies, obstacles, and other similar objects—should include a locations list following these guidelines:
The locations list should be organized using headers. The first header will be "Locations," using a second-level header. The game name will be the next header, formatted in italics, using a third-level header. Subsequent headers should divide the list by area, cave, or any equivalents.
For the two types of Mission modes and Side Stories, a fourth-level header should be used to say what type of mode it is. This also applies to the Trial of the Sage Leaf stories.
Under each game and area/cave header, list locations using bullet points. The first bullet point indent should be the area, cave, or equivalent's name, and it should be linked using double square brackets. The second bullet point indent should be the actual descriptive part, saying where the object is located. For night expeditions, the first bullet point indent should be for the area name, the second bullet point indent should be for the expedition name, and the third bullet point indent will be the descriptive part.
For Pikmin 2 caves, challenge mode stages, 2-Player Battles, and Pikmin 4 Dandori Battles, a description isn’t required for the second indent. For the caves and challenge mode stages, simply stating how many of the objects present in the sublevel is enough detail for the second bullet point. For 2-Player Battles and Dandori Battles, the second bullet point indent is not required.
If the location list is long, a subpage titled "Object/Locations" should be created (e.g. Bulborb/Locations or Dirt wall/Locations). In this subpage, the "Locations" header is not necessary, and each subsequent header should be indented one level less.
