Burrowing Snagret

Areas

  • The Forest of Hope
    • There are three Burrowing Snagrets in the area and are all located close to each other. They are located towards the southern part of the map, in the segment past the cardboard box. The Snagret closest to the edge of the segment, leading to the body of water, holds the Geiger Counter. Once this specific one is defeated, is does not respawn.

Challenge Mode

  • The Final Trial
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this challenge mode stage and can be found along the incline around the main arena. It can be spotted past the white reinforced wall and to the right, next to a bent pipe and a red 10-Pellet.

  • Twilight River
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this area and can be found in the second main segment, in an arena just beyond the electric gate. The opposite end of the arena leads to a paper bag which gives access to the small section the Winged Onion is first discovered. The Snagret holds the Insect Condo.

Olimar's Comeback
  • Looking for Louie
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this story's area and is located in the segment Olimar starts in. It is found around the base of the large tree, next to the reinforced wall closest to the electric gate, as well as some stubborn rocks.

  • Silver Lake
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this stage and is located towards the west of the map, in a circular area behind the bamboo gate. The area opposite the bamboo gate holds two Watery Blowhogs.
  • Tropical Wilds Remix
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this stage and can be found north of where the Blue Onion is located. The Snagret is located behind a few cinderblocks meaning if the player wanted to reach the creature, they would need to take a path through the water. In the game's story mode, a Whiptongue Bulborb and the Pocked Airhead would be found here instead.
  • Garden of Hope Remix
    • There are four Burrowing Snagrets in this stage and are spread across the map. The first Snagret is located past the crystal wall and in a small arena, where the S.S. Drake lands in story mode. This area is also shared with a Swooping Snitchbug and a pair of Burgeoning Spiderworts. The second Snagret is found across the blue fragment bridge near this stage's landing site, which can also be reached by following the path behind the bamboo gate. The third Snagret is located across the red fragment bridge, leading to another small arena where a pile of brown bridge fragments lie. This area would hold the two Skutterchucks in story mode. The fourth and final Snagret is found across the brown fragment bridge, in an area holding a single Burgeoning Spiderwort. This is where the Bulborb is first seen in story mode.
  • Twilight River Remix
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this stage and is found on the opposite side of the blue fragment bridge to where the Rock Onion is located. It is in the space the Winged Onion is first located in story mode. This small area also holds an Arachnode and a lone Dwarf Orange Bulborb.

Areas

  • Blossoming Arcadia
    • There is one Burrowing Snagret in this area. It can be found on the raised area adjacent to the Sunwashed Plateau base, with the path to the arena being the other direction of the potted plant and reinforced wall. To reach the Snagret, the nearby clay bridge must be built, requiring 33 raw material. It holds the Brush of Wisdom.

Honeywisp

Areas

There are three Honeywisps in the area. One can be found next to the Bulborb, specifically the one near the Eternal Fuel Dynamo. The second and third Honeywisps are both located to the left of the white bramble gate near the landing site.

There are five Honeywisps in the area. One can be found in the patch of red-leafed plants at the landing site, between the Red and Blue Onion. Two more Honeywisps are located near lone strand of spiked grass next to the reinforced wall at the landing site. The fourth one can be found near one of the Common Glowcaps before entering the Puffstool's arena. It's the one on the ledge close to the Wollyhop. The final Honeywisp is located near the previous one. It's below the ledge the Breadbug's nest.

Challenge Mode

There are four Honeywisps in this challenge mode stage. One can be found near the bottom of the two bridges, close to a 5-Yellow Pellet and a 5-Blue Pellet. The second one is located relatively close to the black bramble gate leading to path full of fire geysers, usually where a Fiery Blowhog is found in story mode. A third one can be found in the area just past where the Analog Computer is found in story mode, this area now holds a 20-Red Pellet and a 10-Yellow Pellet. The final one is located near the Breadbug's nest in story mode, near the edge of the ledge by the 5-Red Pellet.

Pikmin 2

Areas

There are two Honeywisps in this area. They both are located in more patches of spiked grass surrounding the Subterranean Complex.

There are three Honeywisps in this area. One can be found in the Burgeoning Spiderwort area, close to the black bramble gate. The second one is located close to the Pilgrim Bulb on the ledge. The final one can be found next to the Sunseed Berry on the ledge.

There are two Honeywisps in this area. One is located on the opposite side of the tree trunk to where the Optical Illustration is found, the trunk which is connected to land via the bridge. The second one can be found behind the electric gate leading to the Glutton's Kitchen cave.

Areas

  • Serene Shores
    • There are two Honeywisps in this area. One is located in the small area behind the dirt wall north of the Blossoming Dunes base. It will appear past the body of water leading to the pile of raw materials. The second one can be found close to the Water's Edge base, on the opposite side of another dirt wall, near the small ledge.
  • Hero's Hideaway
    • There are four Honeywisps in this area. TBA
  • Primordial Thicket
    • There are four Honeywisps in this area. TBA

Cave

  • Industrial Maze
    • There are three Honeywisps on sublevel 2. One is located close to the base, down the path leading to the iron fence. The second one can be found across the floating platform, behind the iron fence which can be lowered. The final one is located in the circular section of the sublevel, near the electric gate and the exit fan.
  • Below-Grade Discotheque
    • There are two Honeywisps on sublevel 1. One can be found inside of a small, square, alcove east of the circular pillar, the one closer to base which doesn't have the Thrill-Ride Track on. The second one is located close to the next sublevel entrance, opposite the clay mound.
    • There are two Honeywisps on sublevel 4. One can be found along the path leading to the three different coloured Candypop Buds, the path opposite the narrow metal bridge. The second one is located close to the pile of Gold Nuggets, past the dirt wall from the base and at the point the path begins to curve.
  • Cavern for a King
    • There are two Honeywisps on sublevel 6. One can be found on the section the next sublevel entrance is on, and will appear close to the clipboard. The second one is located on the next section up, reached by taking the floating platform.
    • There are seven Honeywisps on sublevel 19. They all appear in a straight path from the S.S. Beagle to the Pocked Airhead.

Iridescent Flint Beetle

  • The Impact Site - All spawn after day 1.
    • There are three Iridescent Flint Beetles in this area. The first Beetle can be found in a patch of blue Figwort next to the Yellow Onion. The second one is located at the end of the path connecting the crash site segment to the main engine segment, where the cardboard box is originally found. The final one can be found next to where the bomb rocks are located, near the spiked grass.
  • The Forest of Hope - One spawns after day 6.
    • There are two Iridescent Flint Beetles in this area. The first Beetle is located in the large open area past the landing site, where the Eternal Fuel Dynamo is. It can be spotted behind the tin can full of bomb rocks. The second one can be found in a smaller patch of clovers next to where the Nova Blaster can be seen, as well as another tin can full of bomb rocks. However, after day 5, one more Flint Beetle spawns. This third one is located inside of a large patch of Clovers along the path north of the landing site, behind the reinforced wall. The patch of Clovers is down the thin walkway leading to the Extraordinary Bolt.
  • The Forest Navel
    • There are two Iridescent Flint Beetles in this area. The first Beetle can be found at the bottom of the bridge path, inside a patch of nectar weeds. The second one is located at the end of the path where all the fire geysers are located, in the section the Red Candypop Bud is.

Challenge Mode

  • The Impact Site
    • There is one Iridescent Flint Beetle in this challenge mode stage, and it is located inside the large patch of blue Figwort behind the cardboard box.
  • The Distant Spring
    • There are two Iridescent Flint Beetles in this challenge mode stage. One can be found in a small patch of Clovers near the landing site, the patch next to the skull inside of a tree stump. The second one is located towards the north of the map, inside of a different patch of Clovers near the northern most Puffstool (the one furthest away from the landing site). The clovers are adjacent to a trio of tree stumps.

  • Awakening Wood
    • There is one Iridescent Flint Beetle in this area, and it can be found at the bottom of the ramp leading to the Pilgrim Bulb.

  • Garden of Hope - Spawns after the Data Glutton is collected.
    • There is one Iridescent Flint Beetle in this area, and it can be found inside of a patch of Sleeping Beauty at the landing site - next to the bridge leading to the Bulborb.
  • Twilight River
    • There is one Iridescent Flint Beetle in this area, and it is located in the landing site, close to the S.S. Drake.

    • Sublevel 2: One can be found in the south-western part of the map, which is in the section with the castaway. It spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.
  • Aquiferous Summit
    • Sublevel 2: One is located in the sandy room, near the iron bars. It spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.

Blossoming Arcadia

  • Kingdom of Beasts
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found adjacent to the base, which spawns if the player has 50 or fewer Red Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 4: One is located directly behind the base, which spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.

  • Crackling Cauldron
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found near the tin can, which spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One is located in the south-western part of the map, which is in the section with the castaway. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Industrial Maze
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found in the area where the switches are, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One is located in the area underneath the floating platform, near the pile of 15 raw materials. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.

Blossoming Arcadia

  • Secluded Courtyard
    • Sublevel 2: One can be found between the two high platforms in the western most section of the sublevel, where the Yellow Wollyhop and Talisman of Life (Cherry Blossom) are. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 3: One is located in a small section south of the base, which spawns if the player has 5 Yellow Pikmin or fewer.
  • Sightless Passage
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found down the path north of the base guarded by 4 Anode Beetles, the path behind the iron fence. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.


Blue Candypop Buds

Serene Shores

  • Seafloor Resort
    • Sublevel 1: One is located on a small island towards the north-east, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One can be found slightly submerged in the small body of water north-west of the base, which is adjacent to the Dapper Blob and close to the Peckish Aristocrab. It spawns if the player has 5 Blue Pikmin or fewer.
    • Sublevel 3: One is located directly south of the next sublevel entrance, which spawns if the player has more than 50 Blue Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin. Another one can be found on the small body of sand east of the base, where the Aristocrab Offspring is idling on. This one spawns the same way - if the player has more than 50 Blue Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 4: There are five Blue Candypop Buds which can appear in this sublevel. The first one can be found in the small circular-alcove directly west of the base, which spawns if the player has 40 Blue Pikmin or fewer, otherwise it turns into an Ice Candypop Bud. The second one is located on the raised platform east of the Masterhop's arena, which spawns if the player has 40 Blue Pikmin or fewer, otherwise it also turns into an Ice Candypop Bud. The third one can be found on the small island east of the base, the one with the geyser. This one spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin. The fourth one is located on the small island towards the north-west of the sublevel, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin. The fifth one can be found past the numbered gate and near the exit fan, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin.


Rock Candypop Buds

  • Kingdom of Beasts
    • Sublevel 2: One is located near the crystal wall blocking access to the next sublevel entrance, in the raised area with the lone Dwarf Orange Bulborb. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Rock Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 4: One can be found in the squared-shaped space north of the base, to the right, alongside a Whiptongue Bulborb and four Albino Dwarf Bulborbs. It spawns if the player has 5 Rock Pikmin or fewer.
    • Sublevel 5: One is located in the top-left corner of the space the base is in, which spawns if the player has 5 Rock Pikmin or fewer.


Ice Candypop Buds

Sun-Speckled Terrace

  • Last-Frost Cavern
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found towards the end of the cave, in the segment where the Refreshing Goo is located. It spawns when the player has more than 50 Ice Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Aquiferous Summit
    • Sublevel 1: One is located near the base, which spawns if the player has 10 Ice Pikmin or fewer. Another can be found in the alcove beyond the small stretch of water, with the pile of 15 raw materials. This one spawns if the player has more than 50 Ice Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One is located underneath the Skin of the Phoenix, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
  • Hectic Hollows
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found near the ledge next to the Kingcap and the two Spotcaps, which are north of the base. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One is located the right of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.

Blossoming Arcadia

  • Drafty Gallery
    • Sublevel 2: One can be found behind a dirt wall slightly north-west from the base, the dirt wall opposite the pile of Gold Nuggets. It spawns if the player has 50 Ice Pikmin or fewer.
    • Sublevel 3: One is located on the high ledge north-east of the base, requiring a geyser to be reached. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.

Serene Shores

  • Seafloor Resort
    • Sublevel 1: One can be found on the small island in the centre of the sublevel, the one closer to the base. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 2: One is located on the small island south of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
    • Sublevel 4: There are two Ice Candypop Buds which can appear in this sublevel. The first one can be found in the small circular-alcove directly west of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 40 Blue Pikmin, otherwise it turns into a Blue Candypop Bud.
