The Maternal Sculpture (母と子のカタチ^?, lit.: "Mother and Child Form") is a treasure in Pikmin 2 and Pikmin 4. It is a baby bottle top.

In Story Mode, this treasure is found in the ninth sublevel of the Cavern of Chaos, which contains several poison emitters, a Bumbling Snitchbug, and a couple of Careening Dirigibugs. The treasure is easily located, as is the sublevel's other treasure, the Wiggle Noggin.

The Maternal Sculpture is hanging from a cobweb at the center of sublevel 1 of the Seafloor Resort in the Serene Shores. To collect it, you must throw 7 Blue Pikmin at it from the ledge to its northwest.
