The Anti-hiccup Fungus (ドッキリダケ, Dokkiridake) is a treasure in Pikmin 2, that is actually a parasol mushroom. It is found in the Wistful Wild, near the Dream Den.
Collecting the treasure

A group of Blue Pikmin can be used to defeat any hostile enemies near the bridge, including the Cloaking Burrow-nit.
