The Happiness Emblem is a treasure in Pikmin 2 and is actually a cap for a Squirt soda drink. It is found on Sublevel 4 of the Glutton's Kitchen, and is held by a powerful Spotty Bulbear. Once it is defeated, however, it may be subject to thievery by Breadbugs.
On it, it reads:

SQUIRT
GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
CITRIC ACID, GRAPEFRUIT DILIn the PAL version of Pikmin 2, it is a 'Fristi' bottle cap, found on sublevel 5 of Shower Room.
