The Geographic Projection is a hemisphere of a representation of the globe, or Earth, thus leading to an immeasurable amount of debates and disputes that the planet Olimar crashed on was Earth, as well as other evidence being exploited. This heavy treasure is found in the Awakening Wood, and you will need at least one Purple Pikmin on it to be be picked up, due to the fact that its wight is 101 and thus 100 regular Pikmin cannot pick it up. It is located near the longest constuctable bridge in the region, and behind a poison sealed gate near the Hole of Beasts. It is also near a Creeping Chrysanthemum. When you approach it, you'll notice that just barely, it is buried in the ground. When you retrieve this, it unlocks the Survey Chart, allowing you to progress to the Perplexing Pool. The Spherical Atlas is also another part to the globe.
