The Sunseed Berry is a treasure found in the game Pikmin 2. It is simply a strawberry. The Sunseed Berry is found on the mainland in the Awakening Wood, and can easily be obtained as it is guarded only by a Red Bulborb and a few Dwarf Bulborbs. The Sunseed Berry is sitting on a ledge behind the enemies where Pikmin can be thrown on to. In the first beta video of Pikmin, there was a Strawberry that Yellow Pikmin were seen returning to their Onion, and it is rumored that this is based off of the said Strawberry. This treasure is similar to the Combustion Berry.
