The Memorial Shell is a treasure in Pikmin 2 and it is actually half of an oyster shell, with what appears to be a small pearl forming on the inside surface. It is found on Sublevel 3 of the Citadel of Spiders, and is completely buried in the ground, so you'll need White Pikmin for the job. Other Pikmin can be used to remove the enemies that will get in your way.
