The Insect Condo (バクズ・キングダム) is a treasure found in Pikmin 2 and a fruit in Pikmin 3. It is an apple that is found inside a Fiery Bulblax that resides on sublevel 5 of the Dream Den. Be sure to take care of the Red Bulborbs and Blowhogs in the area, because they may hinder the Pikmin while they're carrying the treasure.
