The Glee Spinner is a Nintendo Gamecube Control Stick that is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is found in the third sublevel of the Dream Den, inside the body of a Spotty Bulbear. Defeat any Dwarf Bulbears and Careening Dirigibugs that may be in your way as you transport it to the ship. An easy way to obtain it is to simply make the Spotty Bulbear walk into a hole in the level, done by creating a space between you, the Bulbear, and a gap. Once the Bulbear falls through a gap, the Glee Spinner will materialize in the middle of the level.
