The Master's Instrument is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is actually a Mario Paints pastel stick labeled "Peach Pink". (This, referencing the Super Nintendo game: Mario Paint). It is found on the first sublevel of the Glutton's Kitchen. It is located inside a box with a Dwarf Bulbear in it, so be careful when aiming for it.
