The Leviathan Feather is simply just a down feather. It probably doesn't belong to a Burrowing Snagret because it is too large to be on its white feathered head. This piece can be found on the first sublevel of the Snagret Hole.
It's near the hole leading to the next sublevel, in what appears to be the inside of a birdhouse. It is tied for the least valuable treasure.
