The Talisman of Life (人生花道?, lit.: "Life on The Flowering Road") is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is actually a case of Nintendo's Daitouryou variant of hanafuda playing cards, containing, as per the ship, Luck Wafers. It is found on the tenth floor of the Dream Den, inside a Lesser Spotted Jellyfloat. When transporting the treasure back to the pod, watch out for the Gatling Groink and other enemies.
On it, there is a portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte, as well as the text "福 大 統 領"? (lit.: "(Fortune) President").
Notes
Olimar's journal
“Explorers strive, but fate decides. You can prepare and practice for an expedition, but there's only so much a person can do... Sometimes you have to put your life in fate's hands. I've come to understand this intergalactic truth while I've traveled to the fartheset reaches of the universe. Fate and I are pretty close.”
Sales pitch
“At the end of a long life, some beings wish to leave the world and stroll in a field of flowers. Does this desire ever come to fruition? I do not know... but this beautiful deck of luck wafers makes me wonder. Even we machines ponder the great power-down at the end of the trail.”

“After a long life traveling the hard road, people want to experience the best years of their lives. These cards are a manifestation of that desire.”
