The Crystallized Clairvoyance is a large marble with a blue pattern on it. It is found on Sublevel 5 of the Snagret Hole, and is held by one of the many Dwarf Orange Bulborbs that fall from the sky. You could just search very hard to find the correct one, or you could stop the Antenna Beetle so you can use the Treasure Gauge to pinpoint the exact location of the Dwarf Bulborb that has the treasure.
