The Science Project (宿題クローバー, Shukudai Kurōbā, Homework Clover) is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It is actually a four leaf clover. This item is found on sublevel 6 of the Snagret Hole. It is found in an alcove, and there are a few hazards impeding your path such as Burrowing Snagrets and water between the Science Project and the Ship.
