Forgotten Cove is a map that is purchasable in the third downloadable content pack for Pikmin 3. It is a beach-like area that is based off The Forest Navel, the third region in the original Pikmin game. Louie can be found within a Medusal Slurker, either in the one near the Burgeoning Spiderwort in Collect Treasure! or in the one between the two reinforced walls in Battle Enemies! Once rescued, he can be used as a third leader. The snorkel tube can be entered and climbed as a short cut back to the SPERO.

Trivia
- To strengthen the map's connection to The Forest Navel, several references to the original map are apparent. The area where Beady Long Legs would have been fought is replaced with Baldy Long Legs, and the Blue Onion is in the same location as the original. Despite these similarities, this area is drastically different from The Forest Navel, as well as being considered non-canon for its exclusivity to Mission Mode.
