Candypop Buds (Pikmin 4)

Red Candypop Buds

Sun-Speckled Terrace

• Crackling Cauldron
  • Sublevel 2: One can be found in the south-western part of the map, which is in the section with the castaway. It spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.
• Aquiferous Summit
  • Sublevel 2: One is located in the sandy room, near the iron bars. It spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.

Blossoming Arcadia

• Kingdom of Beasts
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found adjacent to the base, which spawns if the player has 50 or fewer Red Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 4: One is located directly behind the base, which spawns if the player has 5 Red Pikmin or fewer.

Yellow Candypop Buds

Sun-Speckled Terrace

• Crackling Cauldron
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found near the tin can, which spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One is located in the south-western part of the map, which is in the section with the castaway. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
• Industrial Maze
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found in the area where the switches are, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One is located in the area underneath the floating platform, near the pile of 15 raw materials. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Yellow Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.

Blossoming Arcadia

• Secluded Courtyard
  • Sublevel 2: One can be found between the two high platforms in the western most section of the sublevel, where the Yellow Wollyhop and Talisman of Life (Cherry Blossom) are. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 3: One is located in a small section south of the base, which spawns if the player has 5 Yellow Pikmin or fewer.
• Sightless Passage
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found down the path north of the base guarded by 4 Anode Beetles, the path behind the iron fence. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Yellow Pikmin.

Blue Candypop Buds

Serene Shores

• Seafloor Resort
  • Sublevel 1: One is located on a small island towards the north-east, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One can be found slightly submerged in the small body of water north-west of the base, which is adjacent to the Dapper Blob and close to the Peckish Aristocrab. It spawns if the player has 5 Blue Pikmin or fewer.
  • Sublevel 3: One is located directly south of the next sublevel entrance, which spawns if the player has more than 50 Blue Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin. Another one can be found on the small body of sand east of the base, where the Aristocrab Offspring is idling on. This one spawns the same way - if the player has more than 50 Blue Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 4: There are five Blue Candypop Buds which can appear in this sublevel. The first one can be found in the small circular-alcove directly west of the base, which spawns if the player has 40 Blue Pikmin or fewer, otherwise it turns into an Ice Candypop Bud. The second one is located on the raised platform east of the Masterhop's arena, which spawns if the player has 40 Blue Pikmin or fewer, otherwise it also turns into an Ice Candypop Bud. The third one can be found on the small island east of the base, the one with the geyser. This one spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin. The fourth one is located on the small island towards the north-west of the sublevel, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin. The fifth one can be found past the numbered gate and near the exit fan, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Blue Pikmin.

Rock Candypop Buds

Blossoming Arcadia

• Kingdom of Beasts
  • Sublevel 2: One is located near the crystal wall blocking access to the next sublevel entrance, in the raised area with the lone Dwarf Orange Bulborb. It spawns if the player has more than 50 Rock Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 4: One can be found in the squared-shaped space north of the base, to the right, alongside a Whiptongue Bulborb and four Albino Dwarf Bulborbs. It spawns if the player has 5 Rock Pikmin or fewer.
  • Sublevel 5: One is located in the top-left corner of the space the base is in, which spawns if the player has 5 Rock Pikmin or fewer.

Ice Candypop Buds

Sun-Speckled Terrace

• Last-Frost Cavern
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found towards the end of the cave, in the segment where the Refreshing Goo is located. It spawns when the player has more than 50 Ice Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
• Aquiferous Summit
  • Sublevel 1: One is located near the base, which spawns if the player has 10 Ice Pikmin or fewer. Another can be found in the alcove beyond the small stretch of water, with the pile of 15 raw materials. This one spawns if the player has more than 50 Ice Pikmin or more than 95 Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One is located underneath the Skin of the Phoenix, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
• Hectic Hollows
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found near the ledge next to the Kingcap and the two Spotcaps, which are north of the base. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One is located the right of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.

• Drafty Gallery
  • Sublevel 2: One can be found behind a dirt wall slightly north-west from the base, the dirt wall opposite the pile of Gold Nuggets. It spawns if the player has 50 Ice Pikmin or fewer.
  • Sublevel 3: One is located on the high ledge north-east of the base, requiring a geyser to be reached. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.

Serene Shores

• Seafloor Resort
  • Sublevel 1: One can be found on the small island in the centre of the sublevel, the one closer to the base. It spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 2: One is located on the small island south of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 95 non-Ice Pikmin.
  • Sublevel 4: There are two Ice Candypop Buds which can appear in this sublevel. The first one can be found in the small circular-alcove directly west of the base, which spawns if the player has more than 40 Blue Pikmin, otherwise it turns into a Blue Candypop Bud. The second one is located on the raised platform east of the Masterhop's arena, which spawns if the player has more than 40 Blue Pikmin, otherwise it also turns into a Blue Candypop Bud.
