Dwarf Bulbear/Locations

The following is a list of locations where Dwarf Bulbears can be found.

Pikmin

Story Mode

• The Distant Spring - All spawn after day 15.
  • There are eleven Dwarf Bulbears in the area and can all be found roughly in the centre of the map. Two are found guarding the bomb rocks inside the skull west of the landing site. Three more can be found surrounding a Spotty Bulbear, specifically the one which is guarding the entrance to the Armored Cannon Beetle's arena. The last six are found around the small body of water behind the black reinforced wall close to the landing site; each are in groups of three at opposite ends of the water.

Challenge Mode

• The Forest of Hope
  • There are ten Dwarf Bulbears in this challenge mode stage. One is located directly beyond the landing site, through the regular gate exit in story mode. Two are near where the Eternal Fuel Dynamo is located in story mode. Two more can be found along the pathway near the Yellow Onion and where the Whimsical Radar are found in story mode. An additional three can be found beyond the landing site's alternate exit, near the giant tree stump. The final two are found near where the Nova Blaster is located in story mode.
• The Final Trial
  • There is only one Dwarf Bulbear in this stage. It is found inside some Figwort adjacent to the Yellow Onion.

Pikmin 2

Story Mode

• Perplexing Pool - Two spawn on day 11. Two more spawn on day 21. Two more spawn on day 31.
  • There are six Dwarf Bulbears in the area. Two can be found close to the Citadel of Spiders cave, these two spawn on day 11. Two more can be found near where the Fiery Bulblax is located, these two spawn on day 21. The last two are found near the previous two, near the Fiery Bulblax. These two spawn on day 31. However, a Spotty Bulbear spawns on this day as well and Dwarf Bulbears may follow it around.
• Frontier Cavern
  • Six can be seen on sublevel 3.
• Glutton's Kitchen
  • Ten can be seen on sublevel 1.
  • Five can be seen on sublevel 4.
  • Ten can be seen on sublevel 5.
• Hole of Heroes
  • Six can be seen on sublevel 9.
• Dream Den
  • Nine can be seen on sublevel 3.
  • Six can be seen on sublevel 11.

Challenge Mode

• Hot House
  • One can be seen on sublevel 1, holding a Compelling Cookie.
• Subterranean Lair
  • Four can be seen on sublevel 1, each holding a Mirth Sphere.
• Emperor's Realm
  • Two can be seen on sublevel 2, each holding an Omniscient Sphere.

2-Player Battle

• Angle Maze
  • One Dwarf Bulbear can be found in this stage.

Pikmin 3

Story Mode

• Distant Tundra
  • There are ten Dwarf Bulbears in the area and are all found in roughly the same area, the cave blocked off by the Stubborn rocks near the Arctic Cannon Larvae. They can be found in the section behind the bamboo gate.

Side Stories

Olimar's Comeback

• Creature Hunting
  • There are three Dwarf Bulbears in this level and are found in the centre of the map, close to the Spotty Bulbear and a crystal wall.
• Looking for Louie
  • There are two Dwarf Bulbears in this level and are both found in the section where the clipboards would be in story mode.

Mission Mode

Collect Treasures!

• Beastly Caverns
  • There are three Dwarf Bulbears in this stage and are all found in the western part of the map, the cave with the three Candypop Bud#White Candypop Buds and the Spotty Bulbear.

Battle Enemies!

• Twilight Hollow
  • There are seven Dwarf Bulbears in this stage. Three can be found following a Spotty Bulbear towards the east of the map, behind the bamboo gates. The final four are found on top of the raised ledge north of where the Red Onion is, the Dwarf Bulbears are on the western part of the ledge.
• Formidable Oak Remix
  • There are six Dwarf Bulbears in this stage and are all found relative close to each other. They are located behind the dirt wall east of where Alph starts, along the curved path. They share this path with a Spotty Bulbear.
• Fortress of Festivity
  • There are three Dwarf Bulbears in this stage and are all found together towards the north-eastern part of the map. They are on top of a present near the three Dwarf Orange Bulborbs.

Bingo Battle

• Arid Metropolis
  • There are ten Dwarf Bulbears found in layout A.
• Jigsaw Colosseum
  • There are four Dwarf Bulbears found in layout B.

Pikmin 4

Areas

• Giant's Hearth
  • There are six Dwarf Bulbears in the area. One can be found following one of the Spotty Bulbears patrolling near the 'Line of Logs' base plant]]s and a pile of raw materials. Two more are found guarding the Anxious Sprout, which is close to the 'Abandoned Throne' base guarded by a Fiery Bulblax. The final three are found following another Spotty Bulbear near 'The Central Flame' base, the south-east part of the map.

Caves

• Kingdom of Beasts
  • There are five Dwarf Bulbears on sublevel 5. One is found behind the iron fence near the base fighting five wild Rock Pikmin, it is near Cookie of Prosperity. The second one is found near the Crew-Cut Gourd, however it falls from the sky so the player, Oatchi or Pikmin family#Pikmin need to be close for it to spawn. The third one is found in front on the crystal wall, the wall adjacent to the Crew-Cut Gourd. The final two spawn to the alternate crystal wall but will follow the Spotty Bulbear's route. Additionally, the Dwarf Bulbear near the crystal wall will also follow the Spotty Bulbear one it gets close.
• Plunder Palace
  • There are eight Dwarf Bulbears on sublevel 5. Two spawn close to each other, underneath the table and close to the crystal wall. Two more are found in the centre of the sublevel, near the Perforated Raft and the clay mound. The fifth one spawns near the Sweet Stumble-Not and will follow a Spotty Bulbear, as well as the previous two Dwarf Bulbears. The final three are found towards the north of the sublevel, near the Hearty Container and Love's Fortune Cookie.

Dandori Challenge

• Trial of the Sage Leaf
  • There are two Dwarf Bulbears in the 1st Story: Bulblaxes. They are both found together, alongside a Spotty Bulbear, in the north-western most room; the room to the right of where the Bulborb is found and above a room where five Ice Pikmin sprouts are.
  • There are three Dwarf Bulbears in the Final Story: Purple Key. All three fall from the sky when the Purple Onion gets close. One falls once the Onion is off the ledge and is being carried back, it falls near the paper bag. The last two spawn when the Onion is being carried the longer way which takes it past the Lesser Spotted Jellyfloat, they fall near the jellyfish.

Night Expedition

• Giant's Hearth
  • There are six Dwarf Bulbears in the 'Line of Logs' expedition.
• Primordial Thicket
  • There are nine Dwarf Bulbears in 'The Sylvan Gate' expedition.
