The Memory Fragment is lying on the ground at the top of Sublevel 3 of the Doppelgänger's Den in the Hero's Hideaway, next to the exit of the cave. To collect this treasure, you must throw 2 Pikmin at it while the conveyor belts are in their default orientation.
