The Bearded Amprat is rodent-like creature in Pikmin 3. It resembles a small white rodent with large, brown ears that lay flat against its face, which have small spots on the outward-facing side, resembling eyes.
Normally, the creature passively walks slowly around its territory. When Pikmin or a Captain come close, however, it will flare its eyes up to reveal its face and try to grab one and consume them. They have large amounts of hair that drapes over their mouths to make their faces resemble skulls.
