The Flighty Joustmite is an enemy in Pikmin 3. It seems to have the capability to fly. It acts much like a Cloaking Burrow-nit and the Joustmite, its relatives, in that it lashes its proboscis out to eat Pikmin. However, since it's flying, it aims straight at the ground, and if it misses Pikmin, its mouth gets stuck into the ground, leaving it open and vulnerable.Rock Pikmin are impervious to the impaling proboscis of this foe. It is best to hit it with Rock Pikmin on its back (the white part) while its on the ground and Winged Pikmin on its back while it's airborne.
