Common Glowcap
Fungi Luminarium
The Common Glowcap appears to be a light blue cluster of fungi. A chemical compound called Hocotatium 111 is the cause, according to Olimar, when it nears a particular stability, that made this fungi give it its blue glow. It appears in both Pikmin games.
