Music Olimar's Shipwreck Tale: Sun-Speckled Terrace

The Sun-Speckled Terrace is the first area Captain Olimar explores in his Shipwreck Tale.

Plot[edit]

Captain Olimar lands in the Sun-Speckled Terrace to find any missing parts for his ship, the S.S. Dolphin. He manages to find seven of his missing pieces along with the discovery of Red and Yellow Pikmin. The Pikmin help him in the collection of his ship parts and fending off dangerous creatures.

Layout[edit]

The layout of the Sun-Speckled Terrace in Olimar's Shipwreck Tale is almost identical to that of the one in the main game. The major differences are the objects and enemies present, along with the caves entrances and the body of water, south of the Rugged Scaffold base, not being present. The upper section of the area, the place where the Distant Summit base was located, is inaccessible during Olimar's exploration in the area.

Bases[edit]

  • Ancient Arches: unguarded.
  • Rugged Scaffold: the default landing site.
  • Meandering Slope: guarded by a Horned Cannon Beetle.
