The All-Devouring Black Hole Loan Sharks (a loan shark being a lender who may charge customers unfairly and threaten them to ensure payment) is the company from which the President of Hocotate Freight took out a loan to cover the lost shipment of Golden Pikpik Carrots. He tells Olimar in an e-mail that he actually meant to get a loan from Happy Hocotate Savings & Loans, but somehow managed to get one from the company just next door.
