Naming

I was wondering, should treasures (and by extension fruits) have naming sections in case people want to decipher their names? I remember I was quite young when I started Pikmin 2, and I couldn't figure out what some of the treasure names meant. I can handle this task if it's okay to start. It sure is. Remember we have a policy on it. Frankly, I don't see this policy much as "mandatory rules required for consistency" as it is "list of things that would be nice to talk about in a naming section". I'm slowly working on the enemy names, and I'd move on to treasures next, but if you want to go ahead, please do! — {Espyo^T} 08:35, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

Thanks! For now I think I can only cover the English and internal names, I don't know how to find out the Japanese name unless the treasure is exclusive to the Japan version. Scruffy (talk) 09:56, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

Hmm, yeah, I think it'll be tricky. We can check the game's string files, but they're a bit hard to read. Or play a Japanese copy and try to copy the characters we read on the Treasure Hoard. Well, we can leave that for later, then. — {Espyo^T} 10:13, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

Pages and log entries for Hey! Pikmin treasures

I'm guessing the answer is yes, but are we planning on making individual pages for the treasures from Hey! Pikmin and linking to them from this page? I don't mean to rush anything, cause I know the game just came out a few days ago and information on it is just now coming in. I already have the names and log entries for all the treasures (and the Olimar amiibo) from the U.S. version of the game ready to be added, since I finished the game yesterday. I'm a new user, so I just wanted to touch base before trying anything. I'll have to familiarize myself with adding new pages and basic editing, but I'd be happy to help with content from the new game. Midnight blue (talk) 22:12, 30 July 2017 (EDT)
