To unlock this, you have to get near certian enemies, here's a list of them, in the order i discovered them;

•  Bulborb
•  Swooping Snitchbug
•  Yellow Wollyhop
•  Bearded Amprat
•  White Spectralids
•  Yellow Spectralids
•  Orange Bulborb
•  Whiptongue Bulborb
•  Peckish Aristocrab
•  Greater Spotted Jellyfloat
•  Fiery Bulblax
•  Wollyhop
•  Chillyhop
•  Frosty Bulborb

Also, the following enemies does not trigger it, even tho they should;

•  Skitter Leaf
•  Desiccated Skitter Leaf
•  Spotty Bulbear
•  Lesser Spotted Jellyfloat
•  Masterhop
