Sun-Speckled Terrace

There are 10 Gold Nuggets lying on the ground near the top of Sublevel 2 of the Aquiferous Summit, next to the Memory Fragment (Top Left). The path is blocked by sizzling floor, meaning that Red Pikmin are essentially required to collect this treasure, although you can collect it with an Oatchi with fire immunity. To collect this treasure, you must first extinguish the sizzling floor, then throw 10 Pikmin at it, or 1 Pikmin if the nearby paper bag has been lowered.

Blossoming Arcadia

There are 10 Gold Nuggets near the center of Sublevel 2 of the Drafty Gallery. To collect them, you must throw between 1 and 10 Pikmin at them.

There are 20 Gold Nuggets lying on the ground on the far left side of Sublevel 4 of the Kingdom of Beasts. To collect them, you must first throw 20 Pikmin onto the metal handle to lower the nearby drawbridge to allow the Pikmin to return to the base. The bridge is guarded by a Whiptongue Bulborb, which should be defeated before anything else. Then, throw between 1 and 20 Pikmin at the treasure.

There are 15 Gold Nuggets in the top-right corner of Sublevel 3 of the Secluded Courtyard. To collect them, you must throw between 1 and 15 Pikmin at them.

Serene Shores

There are 20 Gold Nuggets lying on the sand near the middle of the overworld, submerged during high tide and exposed during low tide. They are guarded by a Bloomcap Bloyster, which should be defeated before attempting to collect this treasure. To collect them, you must throw between 1 and 20 Blue Pikmin at it during high tide or any Pikmin during low tide.

There are 20 Gold Nuggets sitting on a ledge beneath the peak of the sandcastle near the bottom edge of the overworld. There are several Armored Cannon Larvae that can prevent Pikmin from collecting the treasure, which should be defeated before progressing. Then, throw between 1 and 20 Pikmin at it. It is recommended that you build the nearby climbing stick first.

There are 20 Gold Nuggets sitting near the lake in the very center of the overworld. They are guarded by a Pricklepuff, who should be defeated before attempting to collect the treasure. To collect them, you must throw between 1 and 20 Blue Pikmin during high tide, or any Pikmin during low tide.

There are 10 Gold Nuggets lying on the ground in the top left of Sublevel 3 of the Below-Grade Discotheque. To collect this treasure, you must excavate the tunnel in the top right of the sublevel with your Pikmin and/or Oatchi, then throw between 1 and 10 Pikmin at the pile.

There are 15 Gold Nuggets lying on the ground on the left edge of Sublevel 4 of the Below-Grade Discotheque. To collect them, you must throw between 1 and 15 Pikmin at them.

Notes

Schnauz’s Notes

What can I say that hasn't been said a thousand times before? Obviously it's gorgeous! And oh, how it glitters! Still, it's not every day one gets to see a Gold Nugget of THIS size. Will the wonders of this strange planet ever cease? I certainly hope not!

Olimar’s Notes

Appears to have the same composition as the gold on my planet. I've heard that some heavy elements, like gold, are created during rare collisions between neutron stars, but to think the same element exists on a faraway planet reminds me...space is so vast.

Louie’s Notes

When I see this, all I want is more.
