“This species has the ability to condense atmosphere carbon dioxide within an organ called a cold sac. The cold sac creates dry ice, and its vapors are then expelled as icy breath. A close relative to this species, the Fiery Blowhog can keep its internal temperature from rising because the phosphoric compounds it expels only ignite when then make contact with the air.
In contrast, the Snowy Blowhog maintains internal body conditions below freezing, and its other internal organs are protected by thick layers of fat and the extracellular freezing that occurs withing its cold sac.”Louie's Notes
