The Aspiration-Ritual Ball (夢の玉?, lit.: "Ball of Dreams") is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located overground in the Sun-Speckled Terrace. It is actually a ball from a kendama.

Collecting the treasure

The following article or section contains guides.
The strategies shown are just suggestions.

The Aspiration-Ritual Ball is located in the northeast section of the Sun-Speckled Terrace. It can easily be seen from a distance, sitting on top of a brick wall. The treasure can only be reached by Yellow Pikmin. You can also have Oatchi rush into the wall to knock it down, allowing it to be collected by any Pikmin type. There is a Fiery Blowhog near the treasure, so unless you collect the treasure with Red Pikmin, be careful that your Pikmin or Oatchi don't get burned.

Notes

Schnauz's notes

These balls were an integral part of a ritual performed during New Year festivals. Each ball was imbued with people's hopes and dreams, and if caught by the ritual pole, those hopes and dreams were bound to come true. What a joy it must've been to witness such a beautiful tradition.

Olimar's notes

I am deeply moved when I imagine ancient peoples entrusting this small, smooth ball with their hopes and dreams, then passing it down through the ages. It'd be a comfort to know that my dreams won't die with me but will somehow transcend time.

Louie's notes

I bit into it, thinking it was a fruit. Sadly, it's not.
