The Middle-Management Tank Car is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is a toy oil tanker train car.

It is at the northern section of sublevel 3 of the Drafty Gallery. You must first throw 20 Pikmin at the metal handle to lower the drawbridge; then, to collect this treasure, you must throw 7 Pikmin at it. The nearby Cloaking Burrow-nit can be defeated, but it's not necessary.
