+An alternate method is possible with only leaders. Have the Greater Spotted Jellyfloat absorb one leader, and then use an ultra-bitter spray to petrify the Jellyfloat. Switch back to the leader who is currently swallowed, and wiggle the Control Stick to break free. The Jellyfloat will be defeated.
