The Orb of Destruction (煩悩の球?, lit.: "Ball of Kleshas") is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is actually a baseball. It has the words "MaruFuku Official Ball" printed on it.

Collecting the treasure

The following article or section contains guides.
The strategies shown are just suggestions.

The Orb of Destruction is located right next to the Hectic Hollows cave. The player can bash the wall with Oatchi's rush to make the treasure fall, or simply throw 10 Yellow Pikmin on the ledge. The fastest way to retrieve it is to the move the S.S. Beagle to the base nearby, if it is not already there.

Notes

Schnauz's notes

There's something about this orb that makes one want to hit it with a stick in a moment of joyful abandon. Of course, such behavior is sure to spell trouble. I can see it now: the orb sent flying through the air, only to crash through the window of a neighboring home. Then the neighbor—failing to appreciate the gleeful innocence of the moment—unleashing a good ol'- fashioned tirade. No, no matter how fun it may seem, do NOT send this orb sailing through the air.

Olimar's notes

I can verify that there are indeed 108 stitches on this ball. I counted them myself! The process took me all night to complete. As an explorer, it's important to question things in order to survive, but I should be careful not to overdo it.

Louie's notes

I can smell the salty remnants of sweat and tears on this thing from a mile away.
