The Memory Fragment is on a small ledge in the top right corner of Sublevel 4 of the Plunder Palace in the Hero's Hideaway. To collect this treasure, you must throw at least 2 Pikmin at it. A nearby Breadbug may attempt to steal it, in which case you will need to either damage it or best it in tug-of-war.
