The Dimension Converter is a treasure found in Pikmin 4. It is actually a pair of 3D Glasses.
Collecting the treasure

The Dimension Converter is on a ledge slightly south of center of Sublevel 2 of the Plunder Palace in the Hero's Hideaway. To collect this treasure, you must access the end of the cave with the airstreams set to their default; then, take the nearby fan to land on the ledge. Then, throw 10 Pikmin at it.
