The Double Dragon-Eyed Scope is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located overground in the Sun-Speckled Terrace. It is actually a pair of binoculars.
Collecting the treasure
To obtain this treasure, the player must make their way around the center part of the Sun-Speckled Terrace and destroy a dirt wall located near the blue fence with a stopwatch hanging from it. The treasure will be located near the Crackling Cauldron, on top of a can full of dirt. Pushing down the paper bag right next to the Double Dragon-Eyed Scope will significantly reduce the amount of time to carry the item back to the S.S. Beagle.
