This page is where users dump their ideas for polls, as well as improve existing ones, or vote whether they like them or not. These decisions are for what polls the wiki should have, not for what poll will be next. Details on the process behind a poll's life cycle can be found in the policy page.

When voting or commenting, please remember to sign with ~~~~. To add your own idea, copy what's inside this box, edit the page, paste it at the end, and replace the placeholder bits:

  • We can probably add more choices. Club Nintendo queries had like 20 possible answers. — {EspyoT} 15:45, 2 July 2015 (EDT)
  • I feel like we should add through Youtube videos to this list as that is how I discovered Pikmin GoldenTriforce (talk) 12:48, 1 August 2015 (EDT)
  • This should be renamed to "How did you discover Pikmin?" it's obvious that you become a fan by playing the games and liking them also, added an extra option.--Nvortex (talk) 13:45, 28 April 2017 (EDT)

What sort of online capability would you like to see in a Pikmin game?

  • ...?

Support

  1. (Nominator:) people definitely want online things, but WHICH online things? I don't have any idea for options yet, but maybe this poll will be interesting. — {EspyoT} 04:15, 16 September 2015 (EDT)
  2. I may be a anonymous user but this is a great idea. I think one idea would be online Multiplayer and also online Story. (Maybe in Pikmin 4, You auto start with 2 captains Pikifan4 (talk) 14:32, 27 January 2016 (EST)
  3. I'm interested what people will say about this. Untitled-1 (talk) 16:17, 28 April 2017 (EDT)

  • Beady, Raging, and Man at Legs
  • Emperor, Empress, and Fiery Bulbax
  • Cloaking Burrow-Nit
  • Dweevils
  • Snowy and Hairy Bulborbs
  • Bulbmin
  • Mamuta and the Smoky Progg

Support

  1. (Nominator:) I think a lot of the cut enemy's from Pikmin 3 should return in Pikmin 4 or whatever Pikmin game is next. Pikifan4 (talk) 14:34, 27 January 2016 (EST)

Oppose

  1. There are more enemies than that. Plus, I'm having a hard time imagining people voting for specific ones; they would probably vote for all of them. I don't think it'd be very interesting... — {EspyoT} 10:00, 27 February 2017 (EST)

Comments

  • This can be edited at any time to change the options. Pikifan4 (talk) 14:34, 27 January 2016 (EST)

Which scrapped feature from Pikmin 3 would you most like to see in Pikmin 4?

  • False Candipop Bud
  • Bubble Blowhog
  • Kakureimo (The slug-like enemy)
  • Poison Geyser

Support

  1. (Nominator:) Personally I think it'd be interesting to see what people like the most out of the unused features CraftedPbody (talk) 11:18, 28 January 2017 (EST)
  2. TheSneakySpy (talk) 12:06, 28 January 2017 (EST)
  3. --Nvortex (talk) 13:45, 28 April 2017 (EDT)

Oppose

  1. Not many fans will know about the unused features. Of course, this can help bring attention to them, but the fans's feelings will still be limited regardless. Then, there's the fact that we still don't know much about the unused content and mechanics. There's still a lot left to discover right now, and even the contents in this list aren't entirely known. The "false" Candypop Bud might just be how the Candypop Bud works internally, if it is not set up properly, as opposed to being a new object that was meant to kill your Pikmin. The Bubble Blowhog could just be a new version of the plain old Watery Blowhog. The poison geyser is already an old thing, so I can't see how that one would be exciting whatsoever. I'm just not feeling this poll at all. Maybe one day in the distant future, when unused P3 content is much better understood, and more popular. — {EspyoT} 07:38, 30 January 2017 (EST)

How do you think Pikmin DLC has been handled?

What do you feel about Pikmin's time limit?

  • It's very stressful and short.
  • It's not stressful, but it is short.
  • It's stressful, but fair.
  • It's nothing special.
  • It's too forgiving.

Support

  1. (Nominator:) On the Pikmin Discord, we were discussing why some people find the time limit to be "hard". It occurred to me that we can just ask the community at large. With these options, I'm mostly trying to gauge the stress factor and the time constraint's fairness. We can probably add more options to further gauge what players find "hard". — {EspyoT} 10:35, 13 June 2017 (EDT)

Oppose

  1. The game may be over a decade old, but as players like myself learn how to play more efficiently, they would see their opinions on the game's difficulty and time limit change (for example, I struggled to make it to the Forest Navel as a kid, but now my best run in the game is 12 days.) I wouldn't think this poll could achieve any concrete entries as many who have played Pikmin 1 in the past would probably find it much easier or even harder today. |\|TechnoMan|/| (talk) 21:13, 18 July 2017 (CDT)
