::There is a last-ditch attack when the Mireclops has only a quarter (or maybe only half) of its health left, where it roars and then slams its body in the ground and then drags it toward you with its galloping legs, like the running attack but also trying to crush Pikmin with its torso. It leaves a huge pool trail behind it. The first time I fought it I was doing fine until this attack; I wasn't expecting it and lost 45 Pikmin to its dragged torso, it is definitely a unique attack. Missing Attack?[edit]
In my last encounter with the Quaggled Mireclops, I encountered an attack in which the Quaggled Mireclops rushed in my direction with both its legs and its body. Has anyone else seen that attack, or did I just confuse one of his other attacks? Phineas81707 (talk) 22:52, 7 October 2015 (EDT)
- Like some sort of slide tackle? Sounds like it just did these two attacks one after the other:
- The Mireclops will quickly run across the arena, leaving many pools in the ground, as well as quickly crushing any Pikmin.
- The Mireclops will suddenly fall to the ground, crushing all Pikmin underneath its body. It is the only attack that is known to easily kill a full squad in one execution.
- That's normal. If you're not expecting it, it can be quite chaotic, so you probably saw it run and then saw it on the ground and assumed that it did something weird. — {EspyoT} 04:00, 8 October 2015 (EDT)
- That might have just been it. I was going with the idea that it was doing the Worm as a dance. At some point, I might just sit down and repeatedly fight the Mireclops to see if I can get a repeat of the attack. Phineas81707 (talk) 02:04, 9 October 2015 (EDT)
- Actually, as quite the surprise, I saw the attack in someone else's video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8seoyu5p4tk, around the 6:14 mark. Phineas81707 (talk) 04:11, 9 October 2015 (EDT)
