Yellow Bulborb[edit]
A blue "dwarf" bulborb is clearly seen in a gameplay video.[2] It has white spots, and apparently acts like the Dwarf Bulborb, with the same health, attacks and weight. Its treasure value, however, appears to be (|) × 5, whereas dwarf bulborbs are worth (|) × 2 in the game's released version. An adult version was never shown. These blue enemies became the Dwarf Orange Bulborb – whose internal name is bluekochappy – and the Orange Bulborb – with the internal name bluechappy.
- So... What point are you trying to make? That's already on the wiki, look in the "Naming" section.
The orange Bulborb might be capitilized just like that; normal O and capitalised B[edit]
Here's part of Olimar's notes on the orange Bulborb in Pikmin 4 state “...The orange Bulborb's yellow, bloodshot eyes make it clear...”. Now, this might just be a mistake, but lets think about it. Mama09001 (talk) 11:13, October 25, 2024 (EDT)
- The Dwarf Orange Bulborb's note in Pikmin 4 does capitalize Orange. “Just as Dwarf Red Bulborbs mimic the appearance of the Bulborb, it was theorized that a variant mimicking the Orange Bulborb must also exist.” Twins1105 (talk) 11:23, October 25, 2024 (EDT)
- The Orange Bulborb's notes are probably a mistake then.
- It's not uncommon for in-game notes to capitalize names this way. The Pikmin family article mentions a voyage log where "Red Pikmin" is written as "red Pikmin", for example. This is likely not a mistake, it's just the way they decided to write these notes. We don't have to use the same capitalization system on the wiki, we just have to use a consistent system that is based on the games in some way, which is what we already do. — Soprano(talk) 17:43, October 25, 2024 (EDT)
