The tusked blowhog family is a family of boar-like enemies introduced in Pikmin 4. The Tusked Blowhog itself is currently the only known member of this family. Members are strangely in the same genus as members of the Blowhog family, the Sus genus, suggesting the two families are closely related.

Scientific name: Sus magdentum
The Tusked Blowhog is an enemy introduced in Pikmin 4. When something catches its attention, it will charge, in a similar way to Oatchi's Rush. During its charge, it can grab up to 3 Pikmin, which it will eat at the end of its charging. Its charges can also destroy jars.
