The Sweet Torrent is sitting atop a high-up table alongside a [[Disguised Delicacy]] near the center of sublevel 5 of the [[Plunder Palace]]. To get to it, you will need access to the corridors going in a circle, and then ride on a floating platform that can take you up. Upon approaching the treasure, a [[Puffy Blowhog]] will descend from the ceiling and attack you, which must be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Pikmin at it. It can be found in Plunder Palace, one of the Hero's Hideaway's caves. It can also be found twice in 2 different Dandori Challenges, the Dandori Day Care and Hotshock Canyon.
