Anode Dweevils should be killed with the leaders or with Pikmin if you are very careful. Use an [[ultra-bitter spray]] with the [[Fiery Bulblax]] and kill the Hairy Bulborb by luring it near a bomb-rock when it explodes. When you think you have the key however, more will fall from the sky in the form of [[Anode Dweevil]]s that scoop up the key.
