The Sure-Footed Combobot is near the upper right corner of the Hero's Hideaway. There is an Iceblown Dweevil beneath it, and it is guarded by two Dwarf Frosty Bulborbs, which must be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Pikmin at it.
