The Tear Stone is a tear-shaped sapphire gem. It is found in the Bulblax Kingdom on Sublevel 2 and is located on a ledge. You won't need Yellow Pikmin to retrieve it, but there are fire geysers and Fiery Dweevils you may want to deal with.
It is probley named "Tear Stone" due to the fact that it looks like a tear
