:It sure is. Remember we have a policy on it. Frankly, I don't see this policy much as "mandatory rules required for consistency" as it is "list of things that would be nice to talk about in a naming section". I'm slowly working on the enemy names, and I'd move on to treasures next, but if you want to go ahead, please do! — {EspyoT} 08:35, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

::Thanks! For now I think I can only cover the English and internal names, I don't know how to find out the Japanese name unless the treasure is exclusive to the Japan version. Scruffy (talk) 09:56, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

:::Hmm, yeah, I think it'll be tricky. We can check the game's string files, but they're a bit hard to read. Or play a Japanese copy and try to copy the characters we read on the Treasure Hoard. Well, we can leave that for later, then. — {EspyoT} 10:13, 26 September 2015 (EDT)

Naming

I was wondering, should treasures (and by extension fruits) have naming sections in case people want to decipher their names? I remember I was quite young when I started Pikmin 2, and I couldn't figure out what some of the treasure names meant. I can handle this task if it's okay to start. It sure is. Remember we have a policy on it. Frankly, I don't see this policy much as "mandatory rules required for consistency" as it is "list of things that would be nice to talk about in a naming section".
