Collecting the part
Destroy the stone wall next to the landing area with bomb-rocks. Next, defeat the Dwarf Bulborbs and a Spotty Bulborb; then destroy the black gate to the right. Continue down the path, beating more Bulborbs. The Nova Blaster is at the end, next to a rusted open tin can, filled with bomb-rocks.
