Pikmin trip occasionally, and I've seen that when this happens AND the Ultra-spicy spray is in effect, the pikmin get up faster. Learner2 23:39, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Hey, it says that White Pikmin lose speed in exchange for attack power, and vice-versa for Red and Purple Pikmin. Is there any degree of truth to that? —Jimbo Jambo

No, they're not stronger, they just attack at about double the speed. So Purples would do the same amount of damage over a certain time period, with the halved attack strength and doubled attack speed canceling each other out. Guess I should've made that clearer... Ugh, yeah, if you just say 'attack', you're talking about damage rate, which is a combination of those. I'll fix it.GP
