Proposal to rename to Nintendo EPD or create new article

In September 2015, Nintendo EAD was superseded by a new classification of development teams, called Nintendo EPD. While this means that the main series Pikmin games were developed by Nintendo EAD teams, it means that Pikmin 3 Deluxe is being developed by a Nintendo EPD team (even if the team contains the same developers). Does this mean that the article should be renamed, or should a new article be created for Nintendo EPD? - Botanist (talk) 03:04, September 23, 2020 (EDT)

It was a corporate restructuring that combined the Kyoto and Tokyo divisions, from what I can tell. Reading up on the topic is a bit confusing, though, and it's not clear how the new and old teams should be referred to. - Botanist (talk) 17:03, September 23, 2020 (EDT)

Wikipedia has articles for both, so we can probably do the same. I think we should keep the old games's infoboxes with EAD, and the new ones with EPD. — {Espyo^T} 11:51, September 24, 2020 (EDT)
